Provenza Hardwood and/or MaxCore™ Waterproof LVP products purchased through the internet are not covered by the manufacturer warranty. Provenza Floors, Inc. does not accept warranty claims on Hardwood and/or MaxCore™ Waterproof LVP product purchases determined to have been made through the internet. Trans-shipping of Provenza Hardwood and/or MaxCore™ Waterproof LVP products is absolutely prohibited! Authorized Retailers are prohibited from displaying prices and/or selling online whatsoever.

No installer, retailer, agent or employee of Provenza Floors®, Inc. has the authority to increase or alter the obligations or limitations of any Provenza Floors product warranty.

Protect Your Provenza Product Warranty

Provenza Floors buyers should never purchase their Provenza Hardwood and/or MaxCore™ Waterproof LVP product through the internet. The Provenza Floors, Inc. Manufacturer Warranty will only be honored if the purchase is made through an Authorized Provenza Retailer.

Authorized Provenza Retailers have the expertise to advise and educate consumers considering a Provenza Hardwood or MaxCore™ Waterproof LVP purchase. Authorized Provenza Retailers have the ability to evaluate the needs of each consumer, present options from our range of Hardwood and MaxCore™ Waterproof LVP flooring with showroom samples that better represent their full features than that of internet floor images and graphics.

Internet Graphics - Product Images

Internet graphics by their nature cannot fully reveal the beauty, color, finish and style of any Provenza Floors, Inc. product. While we strive to ensure that product images used in provenzafloors.com product galleries and web pages closely represent our products, the internet should never replace a visit to a Provenza Retailer for that final selection and purchase.

Additionally, floor and/or wall cladding images presented on non-authorized flooring websites may be second generation images, copied without our permission, and not representative at all of the actual floor color, finish and/or detail.

Authorized Provenza Retailers have our permission to link to provenzafloors.com and its product sample detail pages. We recommend that internet users take advantage of our Retailer Locator feature and visit their showroom to ensure that they are buying from an Authorized Provenza Floor, Inc. Retailer before making their final product purchase.

Our product sample images have a clearly displayed Provenza emblem. If this emblem has been removed from the floor image while advertised to be a Provenza Floors, Inc product, the consumer should be alerted to the possibility that they are not dealing with an Authorized Provenza Floor Retailer.
